Welcome to Faith Lutheran.  So that you feel more at home here at Faith, let us introduce you to our staff...

Pastor Rob Harbin, Senior Pastor

Pastor Rob joined Faith's staff as Senior Pastor in the summer of 2012. Originally from North Carolina, Rob has spent nearly his entire ministry in Texas, serving Grace-Killeen (1998-2002) and Epiphany-Pearland (2002-2012) as an Associate Pastor. He and his wife, Julie (a British citizen), have 3 children – Kara, Bethany and Noah. When not with his family, Rob enjoys hoops, birding and being outdoors.

Pastor Clayton Sellers, Associate Pastor

Pastor Clayton joins the Faith Lutheran team as Associate Pastor from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO. Before seminary Clayton attended Texas A&M, where he received a BA in Geology. He spent his summers working at Camp Lone Star, a Lutheran Outdoor Ministry in La Grange, TX. In fact, that is where Clayton met his bride, Janet, and together they now have been blessed with 2 children – Caleb and Emily. Clayton enjoys gardening and playing sports (baseball, basketball and soccer).

Christine Acomb, Ministry Coordinator

Christine has over thirty years of experience leading front- and back-office administration and has served as a trusted assistant to senior executives.  She and her husband, Bruce, have three girls:   Angel and her children reside in Texas; Alexis and her husband, Harlee, and their children reside in Nebraska; and  Ariana “RJ” is a Mission Partner with Mission of Christ Network and is currently serving at Stronghold Cambodia in Cambodia.

Molly Albonetti, Director of Parish Education

Molly has been a member at Faith Lutheran her whole life, and is thrilled to now serve as the Director of Parish Education. With a background in public school education and a lifelong foundation in the Lutheran faith, she's excited to support our church’s ministry in meaningful, engaging ways. Whether it’s through Sunday School, youth events, or adult discipleship, her goal is to help people of all ages grow in faith and feel connected to our church family.

When Molly isn't at church, you can usually find her reading in a local coffee shop or relaxing at home with her husband, Connor, their daughter, and their two cats.

Sophia Mangin, Worship Director

Sophia Mangin is a life-long musician and LCMS Lutheran from El Dorado, Arkansas. She has most recently served as the Choir Director at Morristown West High School in Morristown, TN, where her choirs consistently received top ratings at choral contests. Her prior teaching experience also includes serving as the elementary music teacher at Lakeview Elementary and teaching private voice and piano lessons at Dynamic Ballroom and Performing Arts in Nashville, TN. She graduated with her Masters in Secondary Education in 2023 and her Bachelors of Music Education in 2022, both from Vanderbilt University. 

She currently lives in Memphis, TN with her husband, Sammy.

Dina Foshee, Preschool Director, Commissioned Minister

Dina is currently serving as the Director at Faith Lutheran Preschool. She and her husband Jon have two children, Christina and Alex and live in Germantown. Dina has a Master's Degree in Instruction Curriculum and Leadership, a BS in Management, a BS in Marketing and recently completed the Colloquy program at Concordia Portland.

Krista Kosewick, Preschool Associate Director

Krista has over 14 years' experience in early childhood at Lutheran preschools.  She and her husband, Jason, live in Collierville along with their many pets.  Their son Kevin is attending graduate school at The University of Georgia. Krista has her Bachelors of Science degree in child and Adolescent studies (CAS) from California State Fullerton.
