Ms. Tiara Carter - Monday-Friday Twos Lead Teacher - Room 103
I have been the Lead twos teacher at FLP since 2011 and have enjoyed teaching preschool for the past 18 years. I am a Certified Child Development Associate, and have had various other training classes throughout the years. I love to read, go to the movies, to go shopping at my favorite stores and to spend time with my two nephews and my Yorkshire terrier Brownie.
Angelica Merkle - Monday-Friday Twos Assistant - Room 103
I am originally from Queretaro, Mexico and have lived in the USA since 1996. I have a degree in Hospitality Management but really love teaching these sweet children. My husband and I have three amazing children. I love to travel, garden , read and spend time with family and friends.
Rachel Bennett Smith - Lead MWF Twos Teacher - Room 101
I moved to the Memphis area in 2019. My husband and I have a three year old son who attended FLP. I am going to graduate in December with a degree in Early Intervention focusing on all areas of child development in children ages 0-4. When I am not in the classroom , I love to paint and to spend time with my family.
Mary Mosner - MWF Twos Assistant - Room 101
I moved to Collierville from Baltimore in 2008 with my husband and son. I have a Fine Arts and Interior Design degree and was a designer for 15 years before moving to Memphis. I love teaching your little ones. When I am not at school, I enjoy painting, water aerobics and walking my dog May.
Jessica Loyacano - MWF/TTH Twos Lead Teacher Room 102
I have worked with children in both school settings and Children's Ministry since 2008. I currently am working towards a Masters degree in Child Psychology and have a BA already with a concentration working with exceptional children. I have always loved children and can be found often at my Church working with our youth, teaching Sunday School or in other ministry areas. I love to hang out with friends, spend time with my boyfriend and family and to try out new restaurants.
Shanelle Victor - MWF/TTH Twos Assistant - Room 102
I am a recent transplant to the Memphis area from California via Indiana. I am very involved in working with my church with both the Sunday School Program and our deaf ministry and just completed a sign language course. I have trained in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology and hope to finish my degree at some point in the near future. I spend time with Church family and friends, love a new adventure and enjoy a good natural energy drink.

I recently relocated to Collierville from Louisiana. My husband of 22 years and I have two beautiful college age children. I am certified as a Child Development Associate and have worked in education for 20 years. I love to spend time with my family, to work out and run and to walk our dog Beasley.
Karin Bethel - TTH Twos Assistant - Room 101
I joined the staff at FLP in 2020. My favorite thing about working at Faith is getting to watch your children grow in their love of Jesus! My husband and I have two children. We love spending time with family, going to the lake and watching the sports teams on which our son plays.
